Cancellation of the event is at Ku-ring-gai Council’s sole discretion and could occur on the morning of the event.
Should Ku-ring-gai Council cancel the event due to adverse weather conditions predicted for the day of the event,
or any force majeure incident, stallholder application fees will be refunded,
after deduction of a $100 booking administration fee.
There will be a wet weather section posted on the Homepage of this website in the event of cancellation.
