As mentioned it’s a charity raffle, so where will your raffle ticket money go exactly? The major beneficiary for funds is the charity “Room to Read” which works to transform the lives of millions of children in low-income countries by focusing on literacy and gender equality in education.

They work in collaboration with local communities, partner organizations and governments, to develop literacy skills and a habit of reading among primary school children. In particular they support girls to complete secondary school with the relevant life skills to succeed in school and beyond.
Room to Read invests in roughly 1 million children a year and aims to help a cumulative total of 15 million children by 2020. So you can be confident your raffle ticket money is going to a very good cause. Check out their website for more information here http://www.roomtoread.org/
